
| Potential members of the Tahquamenon Area Credit Union must meet one of the following criteria: You must be employed (retired from or presently working) or own property in: Luce County, Chippewa County, Mackinac County, Seney Township in Schoolcraft County or Burt Township in Alger County. (Chippewa or Mackinac County Members may need to purchase a $10.00 share in the Rudyard Cooperative.) Or you must be a relative of a current member. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal Law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your driver's licence or other identifying documents. The Tahquamenon Area Credit Union charges a One Time Membership Fee of $1.00. All members are required to keep a $25.00 minimum balance in their accounts. |
